The Theatre

The marvelous Wyspianski Theatre is celebrating one hundred years, this year, so we are excited to be a part of their schedule. The wonderful architecture, and intimate atmosphere makes this the perfect venue for this Caamora production.

The Concert

The Caamora performance will take place after appearances by Pallas and The Oliver Wakeman Band. The show starts at 5.30pm. First The Oliver Wakeman Band, then Pallas and finally Caamora.

The Show

The stage show will feature a semi-dramatic performance from the singers, alongside the forceful musical abilities of the band. There will be a lavish combination of projections and lighting, with some scenery and costume to help capture the atmosphere of this great adventure story.

Invitation!

We invite you to make the trip and join us for this special experience. This is a chance to be part of the DVD. Here are some travel and hotel details, which might help.

Flights

Why not fly to Katowice airport (which in fact is an airport in Pyrzowice - a town 30 km away from Katowice). There are buses and taxis from there. There are cheap flights to this airport, from the UK for example you can take Wizz Air (from Luton Airport) for very low prices.

Hotels

We suggest that you check the offer of the Qubus Hotel. You will find a map there (the Wyspianski Theatre is at Warszawska street at the bottom of the map).

Another good option is also Novotel.

A cheaper but still a good hotel (not that close to the venue though) is The Campanile Hotel. (sadly, the website is only in Polish), the prices are here.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased from Metalopolis. Choose your language (English or Polish), and then select ‘tickets’ or ‘bilety’.
